WILLISAFFILIATES DUTY TO IDENTIFY AND PROTECT PERSONAL DATA. ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT.

As member of the Affiliates Network, you should read thoroughly and comply with the following points together with other standard conditions mentioned in our AGREEMENT with you. Therein you undertook the following commitments:

A clear and expressed consent of the proposed addressees is needed before sending out any communication of this kind. Said consent shall be granted by a consent mechanism included in the participation. For instance, the proposed addressees could tick a box indicating that they are willing to receive marketing communication promoting goods and third party services from you. Said box shall not be previously ticked;

Said communication shall specify that it is trading our websites and/or services;

Should that communication include any promotional sales (for instance, the payout of free chips to potential players or any promotional game), the promotion or game shall be clearly identified as such as well as the conditions the potential player shall comply with. The promotion or game conditions shall be expressed clearly and unambiguously in said communication;

Said communications shall not be sent to individuals under 18 years old or under the legal age, in case it is over 18, in the countries where the proposed addressees of any communications of this kind live;

It shall not include viral marketing techniques as part of their digital marketing activities;

Said communications shall only promote us, our services and/or our websites (and not any third party, third party services and/or third party websites) and shall not include any content other than our marketing materials;

The communication shall include a real name (for instance, in the "From" header in any e-mail) and not a sales pitch or marketing message. Any communication of this kind shall be identified clearly as sender of the communication and you shall not forge or try to hide your identity in any way whatsoever;

You shall not deceive the addressees regarding the content and purpose of said communication;

The communication shall include a valid address for the addressees to answer to unsubscribe from future marketing communications;

It shall carry out immediately any request of unsubscription/subscription by any addressee of the communication. No marketing communication shall be sent to any individual who indicates (in any way) that they do not want to continue receiving marketing communications from then on;

A real business address shall be included in all communications of this kind;

Said communications shall include a link to the privacy policies;

No communication of this kind shall be sent to any individual who has been recorded in any proper registry of individuals who do not want to receive marketing communications;

You shall consider a data protection option in each jurisdiction since there might be other options or security levels of protection elsewhere even though you comply with the ones for your country.

Moreover, you are responsible for guaranteeing that your communication practices comply with all the standards and conduct codes applicable including the following:

Rights conferred by the REGULATION GDPR

In accordance with the European Regulation on the protection of privacy n. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), entered into force on May 25, 2018, you have a series of rights on your personal data, which are detailed below:

Right of access to personal data (Article 15 Reg. GDPR): You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we keep about you. Please visit the Contact Us page to get in touch if you want to make this request. In your contact, please provide as much information as possible to identify yourself, to help us collect information.

However, despite the objections or the desire to limit processing, where there are valid legitimate reasons or legal obligations, we would be obliged to continue processing.

Rights related to decision making and automated profiling: the user has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, ie without human involvement, where this decision has a legal impact or otherwise significantly affects you. We confirm that we do not make automated decisions of this kind;

Right to revoke the consent previously given (Article 7, paragraph 3, Reg. GDPR): the user will always have the right to proceed with the revocation of the consent previously given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment, even if this can not affect the data processing operations carried out when we had the consent;

Right to lodge a complaint (Article 51 of the GDPR Reg.): The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority for the protection of personal data.

8.2 At any time the user has the possibility to change the consent to the use of their personal data taking into consideration the points mentioned above.
